Monday and Wednesday Morning 7:45 AM - 8:45 AM 25 Meter Pool Length
Saturday 10L00 AM - 11:30 AM 25 Meter Pool Length

*Mon.-Wed. workouts begin with 15-minute dry-land warm-up and a review of the workout before coaches give the signal to jump in the pool.
